Who pays for hosting and tools?
The client owns and pays for hosting, domain, databases, app-store accounts, APIs, analytics, monitoring, email/SMS, and other infrastructure.
Is maintenance included?
Initial deployment and a 14-day defect warranty are included when scoped. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, uptime guarantees, and new features are separate.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. A standard confidentiality clause is included in project terms, and a separate NDA can be signed when required.
Do mobile apps work on iOS and Android?
Yes. Mobile MVPs can target both iOS and Android from one cross-platform codebase. The Mobile Prototype is usually a test build, while Mobile MVP can include store launch support.
Is app-store approval guaranteed?
No. We can support one submission cycle for Mobile MVPs, but Apple and Google approval depends on platform policies, client materials, legal content, account status, and app behavior.
